2. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA AND PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

A.   WHEN VISITING THE WEBSITE

You can visit the website www.tamix.de without having to disclose any information about your identity. The browser used on your device automatically sends information to our website's server (e.g., browser type and version, date and time of access) in order to enable the website to establish a connection. This also includes the IP address of your requesting device. This is temporarily stored in a so-called log file and automatically deleted after the purpose has been fulfilled.

The IP address is processed for technical and administrative purposes of establishing and maintaining the connection in order to ensure the security and functionality of our website and to be able to prosecute any illegal attacks on it if necessary.

B. HOSTING SERVICES PROVIDED BY A THIRD PARTY

The hosting services we use from Squarespace are used to provide the following services: Infrastructure and platform services, computing capacity, storage space and database services, security services, and technical maintenance services. When you visit www.tamix.de, your browser automatically sends information to our website's server. C. CONTACT FORM

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

The data entered in the contact form is therefore processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time. To do so, simply send us an informal email. The legality of the data processing operations carried out until revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to its storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g., after your request has been processed). Mandatory legal provisions—in particular retention periods—remain unaffected.

3. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

Except in the aforementioned cases of processing on behalf of a third party, we will only disclose your personal data to third parties if:

  • this is necessary for the performance of a contract with you pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR,

The data transferred may only be used by the third party for the purposes specified. The transfer of personal data to a third country (outside the EU) or an international organization is excluded, subject to the data processing specified in section 5.

4. COOKIES

A. GOOGLE ANALYTICS

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (hereinafter: “Google”), on our website. A. PLUGINS

  • pursuant to Art. 7 (3) GDPR, to revoke your consent at any time. As a result, we will no longer be permitted to continue processing data based on this consent in the future;

  • pursuant to Art. 15 GDPR, to request information about your personal data processed by us. In particular, you can obtain information about the purposes of processing, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, or objection, the existence of a right to lodge a complaint, the origin of your data if it was not collected by us, and the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling and, where applicable, meaningful information about its details;

  • pursuant to Art. 16 GDPR, to request the immediate correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data stored by us;

All data you submit personally is transmitted in encrypted form using the generally accepted and secure TLS (Transport Layer Security) standard. TLS is a secure and proven standard that is also used in online banking, for example.
